It's an annual event and a lot of fun. Call the National Capitol Area Council Service Center and ask them to send you a form to sign up. Their phone is 301-530-9360. There is a fee of $25.00 plus @5.00 per person. The event sometimes fills up to capacity, so you should call right away if you are really interested.
